In case any Damage occurred during transit or Defective product.
For Clay, Cast iron, Wood, Copper, Brass products:-
We will replace it with a new product. You don’t have to return the product at all.
You have to send an image of the damaged product and purchase the Invoice within 2 days of delivery to Our mail or WhatsApp.
In case product Damaged within 1 Month of purchase.
For Clay products:-
We will replace it with a new product.
Replacement will be sent only if it is a heat crack or leakage.
(Our expert team will evaluate from the images whether it is Heat Crack, Leakage, or Damage due to mishandling. The decision of our team will be final)
Damage due to mishandling will not be replaced.
You have to send an image of the damaged product and purchase Invoice to Our mail or WhatsApp.
In case you wanted to return due to any other reason.
For Clay products:-
Return is not possible for clay products due to any other reasons.
Clay products are delicate and it takes a lot of effort to deliver them safely to the customer safely. It might not be possible to ship it back in the same way and deliver it safely to us.
Please check the product details thoroughly and make sure it fits your purpose and place the order.
How will get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cast iron, Wood, Copper, Brass products:-
Customers can return the product within 6 days of delivery.
A refund will be applied once the product reaches our warehouse.
Forward and return courier charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be sent to the customer’s Bank Account.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will contact you within 48 hours of requesting a return and provide further details regarding how to process your return.
