We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. Clay products are fragile, plus the Indian way of courier handling makes it difficult for us to deliver them 100% safely.

Unfortunately, many COD orders are rejected by customers at delivery, which leads to damage during return transit.
This causes heavy loss and breakage of our handmade products.
That’s why we offer prepaid orders only — to ensure every pot reaches its new home safely.

All clay pots are made using a potter’s wheel — without dies or molds. This ensures every item is one-of-a-kind.

Due to handcrafting, ±10% variation in size and shape is normal.

Clay pots are made with a slightly curved base to support thermal expansion on gas stoves.

⚠️ Avoid using flat-base pots on direct heat — they may crack.

✅ Use a round metal ring/coaster for better balance during cooking.

✋ Finish & Texture

Minor surface roughness is due to extra sand added for durability.

Small chipped edges can occur during bulk handling/shipping — this does not affect performance.

Black color forms from deep firing at 1200°C+.

Red spots may appear from heat variations — purely natural and harmless.

Natural marks (black, purple, white) may show due to kiln temperature changes.
