📦 PAN India Shipping
* We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India
* Orders are packed using shock-proof, multi-layer protective packaging, especially for clay and fragile items
💸 Shipping Charges
* Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500
* No hidden charges or extra taxes — the price you see is what you pay
* Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm payment
❌ No Cash on Delivery (COD)
Due to the fragile nature of our products and high damage rates from rejected COD orders, we only accept prepaid orders. This helps ensure our handcrafted items reach their new home safely and intact.
⏳ Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
* Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours after successful payment
* Delivery typically takes 5–12 working days, depending on your location
* For remote areas or interstate deliveries, we may use slower but safer courier options to ensure clay cookware reaches you without breakage
* During sales, dispatch may take a little longer due to high volume
📨 Tracking Your Order
* Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS
* You can check the delivery status anytime using the provided tracking number
📦 Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock and warehouse location. Don’t worry—you will only be charged shipping (if applicable) once.
🚚 International Shipping
Currently, we process international orders as special requests. Please contact us directly for availability, shipping charges, and timelines.
🛑 Undelivered or Returned Packages
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:
* The package may be returned to us
* In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply
* If cancelled, forward and return courier charges will be deducted before refund (if applicable)
