At Ecocraft India, we take great care in crafting and delivering traditional cookware. All our products go through a strict 3-step quality check before dispatch. However, if any product is damaged during courier transit, we’re here to help with a quick replacement.

🚫 No Returns or Refunds
* We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any product, under any reason other than courier transit damage.
* Once delivered, the product cannot be returned or refunded.
* Please ensure that you review the product details carefully before placing your order.

✅ Courier Damage – Replacement Only
We offer 100% free replacement for courier-damaged products, including:
* Clay
* Cast Iron
* Wood
* Copper
* Brass

🔧 Replacement Steps
To claim a replacement, follow these steps within 2 days of delivery:
1. 📸 Share clear unboxing photos or videos showing the damage
2. 🧾 Include your purchase invoice
3. 📩 Send everything via Email or WhatsApp
