1. Product Authenticity
* All our products are handcrafted using traditional methods.
* Due to the handmade nature of clay, wood, and cast iron items, slight variations in size, shape, color, or finish may occur. These are not defects but marks of authenticity.
2. Pricing & Offers
* All prices listed on the website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).
* Prices, promotional offers, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
* We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time, including after an order has been placed.
3. Order Acceptance
* We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, in full or part, for any reason—including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
* In such cases, you will be informed via email or phone, and any payments made will be refunded as per our policy.
4. Payments
* All transactions are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, and others.
* We do not store your credit/debit card or bank information on our servers.
* Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available on our website.
5. Shipping & Delivery
* We aim to dispatch orders within 1–4 working days.
* Shipping timelines may vary based on product availability and delivery location.
* All products are securely packed to minimize damage during transit.

6. 🔁 Returns & Replacements
At Ecocraft India, we do not accept returns for our products. All items are handcrafted and carefully packed after quality checks.
We only offer replacements in case of damage during courier transit.
To be eligible for a replacement:
* Damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery
* Share clear unboxing photos/videos
* Provide the purchase invoice
* No need to return the damaged item
Please note: No returns accepted for any other reason. Only courier-damaged items are eligible for replacement.

* All content on this website—including images, logos, descriptions, and designs—is the intellectual property of Ecocraft India and may not be reused without permission.
8. Website Use
* Any unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or legal action.
* Users are prohibited from uploading malicious software, spam, or false information.
9. Disputes & Jurisdiction
* Any disputes or legal matters related to the website, services, or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
10. Policy Changes
